Tae Kwon-Do Beginners are welcome at any time; however there are formal Tae Kwon-Do beginner's classes offered four months a year. These months coincide with our three month testing cycle:

AUGUST NOVEMBER

Class nights are each Friday of the beginner month and class times are:

Children & Adults 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm

Beginners are then invited back for their regular class times as they are comfortable. Also, during each testing cycle, the Altoona Academy of Tae Kwon-Do offers an " INVITE A FRIEND" evening whereby current students are allowed to have a friend join them in a special class designed to give new students a look at the benefits of Tae Kwon-Do. Each friend will receive a free Martial Arts gift as a token of our appreciation for visiting our school. We offer a 25% discount on tuition for the first month as well as a free uniform. No tuition is due for the first week. No equipment or uniform is required for the first three months until the student and/or the parent is sure they want to stay. There is NO COST to try our program!! The Altoona Academy of Tae Kwon-Do uses NO CONTRACTS - all tuition payments are monthly. The first month cost is $35 ($10 off, approximately %25 discount) for the first member of the family. Second family members are only $25 per month for each month (50% savings). After the first month, tuition is $45 per student / per month for the first family member and remains $25 per student / per month for each additional family member.
