Classes are offered at the same times four days a week to allow for maximum flexibility in schedules. There are no restrictions on the number of times students may attend their scheduled class, including daytime sessions. Our goal is to have a training schedule that will accommodate today's busy lifestyles.

The Academy also offers a CHILDREN's FITNESS & SAFETY program called TINY TIGERS. Classes for this special program are offered each Fridays from 5:00p.m. to 5:30p.m.  For more details on this very special class see our course descriptions listed under " Additional Programs" (see menu bar to the left).

For our aerobic fitness students, we have CARDIO TKD (Kick Box Aerobics) offered as a morning program. This class is scheduled for Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. This class will soon be offered from 7:00pm - 8:00pm, Monday through Thursday.   For more details on this very special class see our course descriptions listed under "Additional Programs" (see menu bar to the left).
