To Whom It May Concern:
The Cardio Kickboxing class has had a huge impact on my life during the past 10 months.
I have learned self-control (I watch what I eat and what time I eat, no
eating past 6:00 p.m.!) Better posture has kept me from slouching. I have also
learned flexibility drills; I have a greater range of motion when stretching at the
end of class. I feel better about myself and have a lot more self-confidence and
self-esteem. I lost 25 lbs, bringing my size from a 14 down to a 10. The instructors are
great also (Steve DiLeo and Dave Walters). They keep the class motivated and the
routine changes for each class so no two classes are the same.
